Focus on the Work That Matters

I’ve been rebuilding my Chinese blog alongside this English one, hoping to make its structure and reading experience better.

Writing in Chinese gives me more room to express ideas deeply. English, on the other hand, forces me to be concise, precise, and logical. I want to get better at writing in both languages.

But I spent too much time improving the Chinese blog’s layout and design. I should have focused more on the content itself.

The lesson is simple: focus on the real work. Stop getting distracted by superficial improvements and start my own business as soon as possible.

My MRR is still zero. That’s the real problem I need to solve.
